- Puts to work recommendations of relevant institutions.
- Deploys simple yet effective non-invasive complementary medicine practices.
- Sensitive to cultural issues.
- Takes time – 8 weekly workshops, but saves time – 5 to 8 condensed segments in each workshop.
- Extremely effective and far reaching – with unexpected bonuses.
3. SSR Methodology
The SSR Programme is based on simple yet effectively intertwined methods that help the participant to ignite the healing forces within. He/she gradually eliminates the causes of stress-related symptoms inside themselves and reduces the negative charge, gradually more clearly identifying the ways of protecting themselves from external factors that could impair health, impede personal development and/or adversely affect professional performance. This course of changes enables considerable improvement of the psychological and physical conditions and interpersonal communication. All this certainly contributes to the quality of life and recovery of the society as a whole.
Complementary medicine as the essence of the SSR Programme is featured by a holistic approach and non-invasive methods of work on restoration of balance at all levels of being. The place where the stress-related symptoms are manifested or their nature very often do not indicate the source of the problem. Even if there is insight into the cause of a problem there is still a lack of the “tools to repair the damage”. The SSR Programme offers a variety of such “tools” for variety of particular needs, circumstances and choices of the participants. The same problem or a goal can be addressed in different ways, and we strive to offer those that are socially acceptable to local population.

5. SSR Programme Packages
The SSR Programme will offer a variety of packages to address different needs regarding private life- and work-related stress, as well as health and lifestyle issues. The packages are flexible in design allowing combination of elementary and optional services in the ways that reflect specific needs and/or interests of a client/target group.
In addressing work-related stress, we offer 3 packages:
standard employees
The WRS 1 Package is suitable for employees with little or no experience in stress management. Very often they largely depend on person-oriented measures in stress-related matters.
middle managers
The WRS 2 Package addresses complex needs of middle managers. Some of their responsibilities include facilitation of the high performance of their subordinates, while others rely on their ability to recognise the early signs of work-related stress among employees and/or implement prevention policies.
decision makers/senior managers and/or executives
The WRS 3 Package is designed to meet the specific needs of those in ‘High Places’ within organisations. More often then not they are familiar with stress management. Therefore, W3 Package offers them a variety of innovative approaches and ‘tools’, that are not only refreshing but highly effective as well.
In addressing other clients’ needs, the first package we put on the market is the Foundation Package comprised of:
- Counter-Stress Training (CST)
- Participative Therapeutic Monitoring & Comprehensive Evaluation Report (PTM & CER)
- Introductory Seminar
- Foundation Seminar
Optional services:
- Recommendations Individual Written (RI/W)
- Recommendations Individual in Consultation (RI/C)
- Individual Consultation – Standard
